TO ORDER
Step 1: Place your item in your shopping cart by clicking on the appropriate button.
Step 2: Check whether you have placed the correct item in your shopping cart and click on 'checkout'.
Step 3: Enter your contact details, your delivery address and possibly a discount code and click on 'continue shipping'.
Step 4 : Indicate your shipping method here and click on 'Go to payment'.
Step 5: Indicate your desired payment method. Complete your order by clicking on 'Complete order'. After receiving your payment, it will take 1 to 3 working days before your order is delivered. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.
If you wish to change or cancel a previously placed order, it is important that you contact us. Please note: have your order number ready so that we can serve you even faster!

We offer multiple payment options. You can pay with us with iDeal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, PayPal, VVV gift card and credit card. Knowing more? Feel free to click through to payment methods !

DELIVERY
Shipping costs are free within the Netherlands and Belgium from €49. If the total purchase amount is less than €49, the shipping costs will be €5.95.

Has the entire order been completed and confirmed? We then aim to ship it within 1 to 3 working days. Of course you will be kept informed of the status of your order by email!
Of course! With the track & trace code you are able to follow the package to the front door!
As soon as your package has been scanned by the relevant parcel deliverer, you will receive an email containing the relevant track & trace code.
As soon as you have received your track & trace code, you can assume that your order is on its way. Enter the code on the website of the relevant parcel deliverer, then you know exactly where the package is and when it will be delivered!
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Is (part of) your order not to your liking? Then it is possible to return it to us. We'll tell you all about it on the Returns, exchanges or wrong delivery address page.
That's not a bad thing at all! If you no longer have a return form, you can contact us and we will ensure that we send you a return form as soon as possible.

We understand that it is nice to receive the paid amount back into your account as quickly as possible. As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt by email. After cancellation, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 working days!
