VVV gift card conditions

Terms and conditions of The bag shop

You can pay with the VVV gift card on the webshop detassenzaak.nl. You can spend the credit on the VVV gift card in parts. If the credit is insufficient for the purchase of a specific item, the remaining amount can be paid via another payment method. No credit on the VVV gift card can be exchanged for cash and/or other gift vouchers.

Exchange or return your purchase

If you want to exchange or return an item that you paid for with a VVV gift card, you can do so. When returning the purchase(s) that has been paid (in whole or in part) with the VVV gift card, the bag shop will not pay you (in whole or in part) the amount to be refunded in cash, but will settle it with you whether you Give the bag shop a gift card equal to the amount paid for the returned purchase(s) with the VVV gift card.
